Vanmahotsav Celebrations - Trees are lifelines of our lives

The children of Jindal Sri Sri Academy (JSSA) celebrated the auspicious and holy Rath Yatra, also known as the Chariot Festival, a major Hindu festival associated with Lord Jagannath, held annually in Puri, Odisha. The festival involves transporting the deities Jagannath, Balabhadra, and Subhadra in grand, decorated chariots from the Jagannath Temple to the Gundicha Temple with full enthusiasm and gaiety. At JSSA, the Rath Yatra celebration was aimed at educating and connecting students about the rich cultural heritage of India. The school was decorated with colourful rangolis, flags, and flowers to create a festive atmosphere. During the celebrations, the students learnt about the historical and cultural significance of the festival through various activities, like the storytelling of the Rath Yatra and small play by school's children. It was an opportunity for them to connect with their cultural roots and learn valuable lessons about unity and harmony.

Rath Yatra - May the Chariots bring new zeal and happiness in your life.

Hon. Neelam Singh Mam, Chairperson of the JSSA and JSW Committee, visited the school after its reopening from summer vacations. Chairperson Madam met with the school administrators, observed the classrooms, interacted with students, and addressed the school community. During the visit, Chairperson Madam assessed the overall functioning of the school, reviewed the academic programs, and gave feedback on areas for improvement. During the visit, the school also presented an artwork to Hon. Neelam Singh Mam as a token of love and gratitude for her contribution towards the betterment of the school.

School Visit of Hon. Neelam Singh Mam, Chairperson of the JSSA and JSW Committee



JSSA organised its first Parent-Teacher Association Meeting (PTA) on 3rd August '24 for the academic year 2024-25. We extend heartfelt thanks to Hon. Neelam Singh Mam, Chairperson of the JSSA and JSW Committee, and all the PTA committee parents and teachers who joined us for a productive and engaging Parent-Teacher Association meeting.
Thank you to everyone for their active participation and valuable input during the meeting. Together, we can work towards creating a positive and supportive school community for our children.

Friendship Day Celebrations at JSSA

Rainbow Day  was a fun-filled and colourful event, where the little ones and their teachers came to school dressed in vibrant, rainbow-coloured outfits. The classrooms were artistically and beautifully decorated to suit the occasion and the teachers taught the children about the different colours of the rainbow.
